Assess
I take time to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where things have drifted out of sync. This includes reviewing brand, strategy, and systems and listening closely to leadership.

Once patterns are clear, we bring identity, story, strategy, and systems back into alignment. The goal is a foundation leaders can actually use to make decisions.

With alignment in place, I help put strategy into action. This may include executing brand strategy, applying visual identity, managing projects, and implementing systems so decisions actually take shape in the real world.
